PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE PLACING ORDER
Woodland Firearms LLC is located at 1122 Pendegast St. in Woodland. For your convenience, you can schedule an appointment to come see us, but we also take walk-ins. Private party transfers require an appointment. Visit the “Book Online” section to schedule an appointment.
We DO NOT accept inbound customer ammo. If customer ammo is shipped to the store, it will be refused and returned to sender.

How To Buy

​
1. Place Firearm In Cart
- Orders can be placed and checked out online, but payment will need to be made in store or over the phone.
- Stock statuses may vary. While we strive to keep up with actual inventory, due to demand, the stock status is ever changing and may affect stock accuracy.

2. Schedule Appointment
- After completing the firearm purchase for an in stock item, use our “Book Online” tab to select an appointment date and time. Appointments are no longer required, but are still available for your convenience.( PPT’S- Private Party Transfers still require an appointment.)
- If an FSC is needed, it can be completed during the appointment time.

3. You will then DROS your firearm at our Woodland store.

-In order to start your background paperwork (DROS), you will need a valid CA ID or equivalent proof of ID and residency as stated on the CA DOJ website.
​
-You will also need a FSC or valid exemption to the FSC such as a CCW or Honorable Military Retiree. See BOF for other exemptions.
​
-If you need a new FSC or lost yours, we can help. A new FSC is $25. Replacement card is $5.
​
-Testing is done on site by our DOJ Certified Instructor. Allow 1 hour for review of test materials and testing. If more time is needed, informational links can be provided prior to arrival for testing.
-ATF form 4473 will be partially filled out during your “start of DROS” appointment, then completed during the pick up appointment.
-Your firearm can be picked up ten 24 hour periods AFTER your information is submitted to DOJ.
-That date and time will be clearly stated on your DROS paperwork.
-If your DROS is approved by the state, you will be required to perform a safe handling demonstration as outlined in the DOJ BOF site.
-ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL ISSUES WITH PRODUCTS NEED TO BE HANDLED DIRECTLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER.
​- A 30% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL FIREARM DROS APPLICATIONS DENIED BY THE STATE

* Stock Status Disclaimer
​
-In stock items can be added to cart and order can be placed as normal. * note- we do not have a payment gateway so all payments will need to be made in store or via phone.
-Some firearms will need to be ordered but will have a disclaimer on item description indicating an approximate 3-7 business day arrival time.
-If item is "out of stock," you can be added to a notification list. You will then be contacted with approximate lead times.

PRIVATE PARTY TRANSFER (PPT) POLICY
​
We offer private party transfer services in accordance with California state laws. The following fees and requirements apply:

PPT Fee: $10 per firearm
​
Administrative Fee:
In addition to the PPT fee, a $25 administrative fee will be applied per firearm beyond the first firearm.
​
Example: 2 firearms= $10 PPT fee +$25 admin fee for the second firearm.
This administrative fee will be applied to a maximum of 10 firearms per transaction.
A maximum of 10 firearms at a time per customer. NO
